Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies



Bake 200°C 8 minutes

250 mlbutter
60 mlsugar
190 mlbrown sugar, packed
5 mlvanilla
125 mlboiling water
5 mlbaking soda
500 mlrolled oats
2.5 mlsalt
375 mlflour
250 mlchocolate chips

Cream butter, sugars, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Mix boiling water with soda, and add to sugar mixture. Gradually blend in oats, salt, flour and chips. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with fork.

These are really good. In fact, they are Cláudio approved!
