Mom's Chili
Simmer one hour
| ¾ kg | ground beef |
| 1 | small yellow onion, chopped |
| 1 | green pepper, chopped |
| 400 g | kidney beans |
| 800 g | pork and beans |
| 800 g | ground peeled tomatoes |
| 75 g | chili pepper (or less to taste) |
| 15 ml | white vinegar |
Brown meat, onion, and green pepper in a large pot. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, then simmer for one hour.
Note: All amounts are rough values. You can't screw this up (unless you try).
Don't let the title confuse you, this actually isn't my Mom's recipe (although she modified it slightly). It's Trina's Mom's recipe.
