Mom's Chili



Simmer one hour

¾ kgground beef
1small yellow onion, chopped
1green pepper, chopped
400 gkidney beans
800 gpork and beans
800 gground peeled tomatoes
75 gchili pepper (or less to taste)
15 mlwhite vinegar

Brown meat, onion, and green pepper in a large pot. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, then simmer for one hour.

Note: All amounts are rough values. You can't screw this up (unless you try).
