Four Egg Cake
Bake 175°C 30-35 minutes
| 250 ml | butter |
| 500 ml | sugar |
| 4 | egg yolks |
| 7.5 ml | vanilla extract |
| 650 ml | flour |
| 11.25 ml | baking powder |
| 250 ml | milk |
| 4 | egg whites |
Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl. Add egg yolks and vanilla. In a medium bowl, sift flour and baking powder. Alternate adding flour mixture and milk (3 times) to the large bowl, mixing well. Beat egg whites in a small bowl; fold in to batter. Pour batter into a 23 x 33 cm baking pan.
