Green Stuff



Refrigerate at least 2 hours

1 pkg (small)lime jello
250 mlwater, boiling
250 mlpineapple juice
125 mlsugar
250 mlpineapple, crushed, drained
250 mlwhipped cream
200 mlvelveta cheese, diced approx. 1 cm cubed

Combine lime jello, water, pineapple juice, and sugar in a medium bowl. Mix until jello is fully disolved. Refrigerate until jello is partiall set, but still liquid. Then fold in pineapple, whipped cream, and cheese. Pour mixture into a tupperware jello mould (if available), and let set in refrigerator.

This has become a standard at Thanksgiving, and all other large dinners. Most people think it's gross, although many of them just because they know what's in it. I, however, love it. Maybe I'm just weird.
