Peanut Butter Marshmallow Squares
cook and chill
| 60 ml | butter |
| 250 ml | peanut butter |
| 1 bag | butterscotch chips |
| 250 ml | sweetened coconut |
| 250 ml | rice crispies |
| 750 ml | mini marshmallows |
(Carefully) melt butter, peanut butter and butterscotch chips in a large pot (if you let it get too hot, it burns). Remove from heat and let stand until cool enough to not melt marshmallows (but still liquid). Add coconut, rice crispies and marshmallows. Pour into a square greased pan and refidgerate. May be frozen.
I know it isn't pudding, but really, all you have to do is cook, and chill. That's what I do every night, Levon, I cook, and I chill. Awwww Yeah!
