Pizza Dough
Bake 200°C 20-30 minutes
| 750 ml | flour |
| 1 pkg. | yeast |
| 3.5 ml | salt |
| 250 ml | water, warm |
| 30 ml | olive oil |
| some | cornmeal |
Put all ingredients into a bowl, except cormeal. Knead 8 minutes, rest 10-20 minutes. Grease pizza pan, and sprinkle with cornmeal. Roll dough to fit pan. Spread sauce, cheeze and toppings as desired. Makes 1 large thick, or 2 medium thin crust pizzas.
Garlic and Herb Dough
Add 10 ml basil, oregano, or rosemary and one finely minced garlic clove with
dry ingredients.
Cormeal Dough
Replace 125 ml flour with 125 ml cornmeal as you combine dry ingredients.
Cheese Dough
Add 125 ml parmesan cheese with dry ingredients.
Whole Wheat Dough
Replace 250 ml flour with 250 ml whole wheat flour.
When I lived with my parents, this was my specialty. In that case, I would make 2 batches of dough, and split them into 3 pizzas total. Any toppings you want can be used, go wild.
