Tex Mex Quick Dip
No Bake
| ~1 can | refried beans |
| 1 | avacado, mashed |
| 15 ml | lemon juice |
| 65 ml | mayonaise |
| 125 ml | sour cream |
| 30 ml | taco seasoning (if desired) |
| 1 | tomato, chopped |
| some | green onion, chopped |
| some | cheddar cheese, grated |
| plenty of | taco chips (ie Tostitos) |
In a 23 cm glass pie plate (or whatever you want to serve it in), spread beans. Combine avocado and lemon juice for layer 2. Combine mayonaise, sour cream, and taco seasoning for layer 3. Garnish with tomato, green onion, and cheese. Serve with taco chips.
This stuff is great for BBQ's and other outdoor type summer events.
