I've been brewing beer since 2004. I know, not that long ago, but it's fun. Really. It also satisfies my need to be scientific at home (I do keep a lab book), and when I'm done, I have something to drink. At the left are TBC's brews to date.
People often ask what TBC stands for. There are some things in life one doesn't need to know. This is one of them. Let it stand for whatever you want.
